Jeanie sits on the Investment Team at Republic and focuses on due diligence. Formerly she was on the Strategic Finance team at a startup called OneWeb. She also has experience in Product Finance at Amazon and Sales Strategy at Twentieth Century Fox. She holds a BS in Physics from Vanderbilt University.

Mikaela Giani is a Sr. Associate on the Investment Team at Republic. Prior to Republic, she worked at NextSeed, another investment crowdfunding platform with a focus on flexible debt financing for Main Street businesses. She holds a BA in International Political Economy from the University of Texas at Dallas.
